Un château d'eau au Kirchberg

Temperaturas Extremas Arquitectos (Espagne) avec Simon-Christiansen & Ass. ingénieurs, ont remporté le concours d'architecture.

L'ouvrage se situera dans la zone verte entre RTL et le quartier du Kiem, en bordure de la forêt du Grünewald. Le projet a séduit de par son côté très écologique, s'intégrant bien en lisière de forêt. Il comprendra des nichoirs pour les chauve-souris et des martinets.

Le Fonds a organisé le concours, la Ville de Luxembourg est maître de l'ouvrage.

A new water tower in Kirchberg

Temperaturas Extremas Arquitectos (Spain) with Simon-Christiansen & Ass. engineers, have won the architectural competition.

The water tower will be located in the green space between RTL and the Kiem district, bordering the Grünewald forest. The project has seduced through its ecological approach, integrating seamlessly on the edge of the forest. It will include nesting boxes for bats and swallows.

The competition was organised by the Fonds, with the Ville de Luxembourg as a contracting authority.
